backfromcamp!

as mentioned, the NCC annual camp ended today. was fun to get back into camping with the guys, also at the same time being exposed to new situations and teaches me how to be a leader. Everyone learns through experience, regardless of their role. anyway, i feel that NCC is the trigger point of my direction in life. through NCC, i learnt many things that others may not, and our mindset into making decisions is also now more rational and logical. w/o NCC, i wont be who i am now, knowing when to do what, knowing how to deal with the controllable and uncontrollable. Guys will be more matured once going through NS. although NCC is not NS, its fundamentals are not much of a difference. the cadets may not feel what i am feeling now, and may think that they might not get what they deserved. the seniors know everything, and whatever decision we make has reasons. Instead of saying i deserve more, ask what did i not do? how can i improve? learning and experiencing is much more impt, at least currently in your early years. Recognition is impt, do not look at it in a pessimistic angle. Recognition is for those who got it to be motivated to maintain of improve further, while for those who did not get it to strive harder, instead of blaming other factors and not asking themselves " what did i do wrong".


ANYWAY, going to work soon~~~ will be bored but luckily wk will be there also:D gotta have the money to go taiwan, gym, go out, find girl(LOL)<--- joke.
